Role overview

In your role as service manager, you inspire, federate, direct and join the teams around a common vision and objectives stemming from the institutional strategy and in close collaboration with the business divisions of the Institution, you direct and coordinate all the services that make up this branch, and ensure that the services provided are efficient. Mission

Main responsibilities

  • Main activities and responsibilities
  • Financial and Accounting Responsibility of PPE:
  • Ensure control of the heritage of PPE (mobility, real estate, equipment, production tool) in collaboration with the services.
  • Ensure all accounting and consolidation operations in accordance with the institution's agenda, administrative rules and accounting standards.
  • Ensure annual close-ups, the publication of accounts, the consolidation of accounts within the State boundary, in accordance with the directives, laws and procedures of the DCS and the DF.
  • Responsibility for management control, internal control system and PPE quality management system:
  • Develop institutional policies, define and ensure the implementation of the Management Control Strategy, the ICS and the QMS.
  • Lead the process of establishing and controlling budgets, propose the necessary arbitrations.
  • Develop and develop steering tools, dashboards and performance indicators to support decision-making.
  • Pilot financial forecasting exercises (estimated) and make recommendations to anticipate risks and guide decisions.
