• Organisation and coordination of office hours and active participation in the operation of office hours
• Competent care, support and advice for our patients and their relatives

Requirements

• Completed training as a dipl. Care professional HF/FH
• High professional and social competence as well as a pronounced patient-oriented understanding of care
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation and a constructive, team-oriented way of working
• Strong organisational talent, a quick understanding and the ability to think in a network
• Independent, structured and responsible working methods
• Experience in professional guidance (BB) is an advantage
