• You contribute greatly to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and care at all times.
• Active participation in the RAI-LTCF survey
• You recognize emergency situations and master them
• The electronic maintenance documentation you manage independently and seamlessly
• Assumption of day-to-day responsibility

You bring that with you

• Training as a Dipl. Care professional HF or FH
• You are motivated and are happy to contribute your strong professional and social skills
• Ideally, you will bring knowledge in RAI/RUG and careCoach
• Good oral and written knowledge of German (B2)
• With your cheerful nature, you actively contribute to a company culture in which residents and employees feel comfortable.
