• Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures taking into account health promotion and prevention
• Advising and accompanying relatives to support patient care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, doctors, therapists and other specialists

Your profile – Professional qualification and social competence

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing professional HF DN1
• Professional experience in acute, long-term or spitex care is beneficial but not mandatory

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from different fields
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working method
• Readiness for continuous professional training
