Dipl. Nursing professional HF psychiatry, 70% - 100% Your tasks

• Caring for and advising our clients and their relatives in a psychiatric context
• Trusted contact person for our clients in everyday life
• Ensure implementation of the entire care process
• Coordinates and plans needs-based care with the involvement of all stakeholders and supports them in their decision-making
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination with external persons and bodies
• Ensure quality of care

Your profile

• Dipl. Nursing professional FH/HF
• Several years of professional experience in psychiatric and psychosocial care desired
• Very good PC knowledge
• Enjoyment of reference work and in cooperation with other services involved
• Experience in the application of RAI-HC desired
• Experience with Nanda diagnostics is beneficial
• Independent, resilient and capable of teamwork
• Ability to set priorities
