Main responsibilities

- You lead your assigned zone and accompany the patients through their individual recovery process.
- In close tandem with a health care professional, you ensure holistic, high-quality care
- Lean hospital principles ensure structured processes so that you have more time for your patients
- You work interdisciplinary with doctors, therapists and colleagues and continuously develop your professional skills Requirements
- Ideally: Experience in acute care or with older patients
