Position: Dipl Core team - Co-design of a milieu therapeutic setting and promotion of a supportive environment - Active participation in multimodal, interprofessional treatment - Design of daily structures and implementation of leisure activities with the young people - Close collaboration with other departments of child and adolescent psychiatry - Collaboration in the implementation of individual treatment plans - Commitment to 24-hour operation in all shifts - Competent and empathetic action in emergency situations --- • Requisiti - Completed training as a qualified HF/FH nurse with SERI recognition - Experience in child, youth and family work or in psychiatric care - Strong interest in the further development of therapeutic offers and in interdisciplinary collaboration - High motivation, willingness to learn and resilience - Enjoy working with young people in challenging situations - Good communication skills, empathy and patience in dealing with patients, relatives and team members - Further training or experience in leading groups, ideally in DBT, is an advantage --- • Cosa offriamo - position to be filled immediately or by appointment
