- Nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
Main responsibilities
- You bring care quality and individual needs of our patients in line
- You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process (according to NANDA) and ensure a structured, professionally sounded care
- You accompany and support trainees FaGe and students HF in their learning process
- You actively represent the care service in the interprofessional team
Key requirements
- Completion as dipl.
- Nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Experience in acute hospital or rehabilitation
- An open, solution-oriented and initiative working
- High social competence, reliability and sense of responsibility
- A professional working environment with clear structures and high care quality
- Cooperation at eye level in a dedicated, interprofessional team
