Anesthesia nurse / anesthesia nurse with vocational training function The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Your main tasks are preparing patients for anesthesia
• Testing of anesthesia equipment before anesthesia
• Performing general anesthesia in collaboration with the responsible anesthesiologist, assisting with all regional anesthesia techniques
• Documentation of all relevant anesthesia data using the latest PDMS
• Provision of the material necessary for anesthesia, medication
• Coverage of the REA service during the service period
• Assistance in postoperative care in anesthesia-specific matters
• Maintenance, cleaning and care of equipment and materials used in anesthesia
• They implement the training concept in the anesthesia department and accompany students during their practical training. This includes the introduction and learning support, the conduct and discussion of the learning documentation and course sheets as well as the creation of educational and probationary time reports.
• In addition, you will conduct entrance, location and qualification discussions and participate regularly in the BB Forum and in the exchange with cooperation hospitals.
• You have a diploma as an expert in anesthesia care or an equivalent education.
• You have completed further training as a vocational trainer and bring several years of professional experience.
• Their goal is to ensure professional anesthesia at the highest level and patient-friendly care.
• A rational, economical and environmentally conscious use and handling of existing means taking into account the quality requirements is a matter of course for you.
