Founded in 1900, the Klinik Sonnenhalde in Riehen is now an established private clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy in Switzerland and the South Baden region. We pursue a holistic, human-centered, milieutherapeutic psychiatry that combines excellent professional quality with a Christian value base. The clinic has 68 stationary beds, 4 day clinics and 4 ambulatories. As one of the first clinics in Switzerland, we are actively promoting digital therapy offerings such as blended therapy and virtual reality and opened the first hybrid day clinic in Switzerland in February 2023.
For the team at the location in Reinach, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality immediately or by agreement.
Your responsibilities
- They work as a reference person in the core team and take responsibility for accompanying their reference patients: from entry to exit.
- They plan the care process and ensure the implementation of the planned interventions.
- They lead groups and together with the team shape the therapeutic milieu on the station.
Your profile
- In addition to a diploma as a nurse HF or FH, you have profound experience in psychiatric setting.
- You have training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) or are motivated to complete it and use your knowledge in practice.
- You are an open, motivated and proactive personality with a good ability to criticize and communicate.
- They enjoy leading groups and participating in the further development of the treatment offer.
