Role overview

Tasks

• Supporting and ensuring the operation of the technical infrastructure in the courtrooms

• Preparation and installation of hall equipment according to the requirements of the respective negotiations

• Professional and personnel management of Weibeldienst as well as promotion and further development of employees

• Operational planning and ensuring a smooth operational process as well as cooperation in the daily tasks of the Weibel team

• Support of judges and court clerks in the operation of audio, video, conference and presentation technology

• Training of judges, court clerks and colleagues regarding the operation of hall equipment

• Analysis and resolution of simple technical failures as well as coordination with central computer science for more complex problems

Requirements

• Completed commercial or equivalent training with some years of professional experience and preferably first management experience

• Resilient, responsible and assertive personality with high social and communication skills

• Technical understanding and pleasure in dealing with modern media and conference technology
