Main responsibilities
- We are looking for two dedicated personalities who will enrich and support the existing team in our state-of-the-art Central Kitchen on Bruderholz, with the option to continue working after one year or with the possibility to complete further training as a diet cook / diet chef with federal agency.
- Professional production and production of all meals for patients and employees with the Cook and Chill production method
- Preparation of individual nutritional therapies, implementation of diets for allergies, intolerances and malnutrition Quality control in band service
- Collaboration at special events such as banquets, caterings & aperos
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
- Regulated working hours (early/late service) without room hours and scheduled Fridays (6.45h-16h, 9.30h-18.45h) Requirements
- You have a culinary gauge EFZ, desirable with additional training to the diet cook EFZ/FA
- You already have several years of professional experience in the gastronomy/hotel industry and in-depth knowledge of cold and warm cuisine Good computer user knowledge
