Tasks

• You organize your work independently in close consultation with the small team and the supervisor.
• They ensure a high, person-centered quality of care and actively participate in the further development of nursing topics.
• They work cooperatively and professionally in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment.
• In the ambulatory sector, they increasingly take on independent tasks in care and case management under medical supervision.
• You have the willingness to complete the further education as a specialist / expert in diabetes specialist counselling

Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist in diabetes specialist counselling (DAS/HFP), HöFa I in diabetes specialist care or nurse DN II / HF
• At least two years of professional experience with a minimum of min. 80% in care
• Willingness to continuously learn new things and actively participate in team development processes
• Good colloquial knowledge in Italian and English
• Further foreign language skills are beneficial
• Technical affinity and pleasure in dealing with digital aids
