Main responsibilities
- Active cooperation as host person in the service
- Taking on various administrative tasks such as day-to-day billing, correspondence, ordering and time management
- Responsibility for the entire operating process in the absence of management
- Support for the management, training and operational planning of the team and promotion of a motivating working environment
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Professional management of the hotel and guest feedback
- Compliance and control of the operational hygiene and quality standards Requirements
- Multi-year experience in gastronomy or hotel industry, ideally in a leading position
Company and context
- Distinct leadership and organizational skills
- Souveränes, service-oriented appearance and joy in guest contact
- Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods, even in hectic situations
- Knowledge of service planning, billing systems and hygiene standards of advantage
- German knowledge.
- B2 level in word and writing, other languages are a plus
