The Position The possibility Do you want to make a significant contribution to the professionalization of our project management? At Roche, project implementation is based on our PMF process. PMF stands for Project Management Framework, which provides SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), templates and guidelines for processing and process-compliant project execution. In order to support Roche PM (Project Manager), a “PMF assistant” based on LLMs will be developed and implemented. This combines PMF specifications, project information and experiences of previous projects in one tool and is intended to enable PMs to quickly and specifically access essential project information.

We are looking for a master student (m/f/d) in the project management department for a master’s thesis on “PMF assistant” at the Basel location.

Who you are

• You are currently completing a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a comparable subject area
• Furthermore, you have fluent German and English skills in word and writing
• In-depth knowledge of Python as well as experience in dealing with vector databases
• As a high-communication team player, you proactively approach interface partners to obtain relevant information in order to jointly lead the project to success.

Additional information The preferred start of the internship is from mid-January 2027 to mid-March 2027. Please enter your preferred start date in your application.
