Tasks

• You will handle challenging motor vehicle damages with an international reference independently and customer-oriented
• You coordinate claims handling with international partners and ensure a high level of regulation quality
• You conduct telephone and written negotiations with claimants and partners at home and abroad
• You examine liability and legal issues and work on agreement and legal disputes
• You analyze damage cases, make well-founded decisions and actively contribute your expertise to optimization, quality measures and projects

Requirements

• Several years of experience in claims processing motor vehicles ideally with an international reference.
• You have fluent knowledge of German and French in word and writing (mandatory); Further language skills are a big plus
• You ideally bring the oath. Professional certificate as an insurance specialist or comparable training with
• You communicate clearly, securely and addressee-friendly
• You work independently, structured and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You are an empathetic personality with a high level of customer orientation and appreciate cooperation with internal and international partners
