- Telephone support and processing of customer inquiries

Main responsibilities
- Telephone support and processing of customer inquiries
- Recording repair orders and coordination of home delivery and service appointments
- Processing internal inquiries in collaboration with other departments
- General administrative activities, e.g. b.
- Ordering spare parts and processing manufacturer orders Requirements
- Commercial experience ideally in telephone customer service
- Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of French at least B2 level and knowledge of Italian is an advantage Good user knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation as well as a friendly and professional demeanor What we offer
