- Independent processing of offers and billing

Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities Independent order processing in SAP
- Independent processing of offers and billing
- Close cooperation and administrative support for the external service Telephone and written customer contact Management of loan and consignment kits
- Independent processing of complaints and returns
- Master data maintenance and general administrative activities
- Reporting and general correspondence by submission or independently Creation of evaluations in SAP
- Interface function between our customers, the field service, logistics, finance, regulatory affairs and the supply chain Your qualifications Commercial training completed
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position preferred Safe handling of Microsoft Office Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Negotiation-proof German as well as good English skills in word and writing
- Friendly, sovereign and convincing appearance High customer and service orientation
