- Independent implementation of advisory services (basic advice with basic solutions, savings and numbers as well as simple investment and pension questions) at the reception desk and during consultations
- Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the customers' living situation

- Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the customers' living situation
- Recognition of needs and referral of customers to the responsible specialist advisors
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support
