• Completed training as a cook / chef EFZ
• Mind. Three to four years of professional experience
• Flexibility and willingness to cover different hours of service
• A lot of passion for cooking
• A large portion of teamwork ability
• A strong pinch of creativity with organizational talent

Preparation

• Start with a big dose of passion for cooking and a deep understanding of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Add a generous amount of experience, if possible in the upscale gastronomy and underline organizational talent and sense of responsibility.
• Refine the taste with a large portion of teamwork and taste the whole thing with empathy, natural friendliness and good mood.
• Add the sense of creativity and innovation and shape everything into a solid mass.
