Tasks

• Independent preparation of healthy meals at a high gastronomic level
• Co-design of menu planning and submission of recipes
• Compliance with the requirements of our nutrition concept and dietary diets
• Compliance with hygienic guidelines and requirements
• Management of the electronic menu selection system

Requirements

• Training as a cook with additional training as a dietitian cook
• Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• comprehensive expertise that guarantees compliance and implementation of our dietary diets
• high quality and service awareness as well as independent and exact working methods
• very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Team capable and resilient personality that keeps track of hectic situations
