- You check and process electronic supplier invoices and clarify discrepancies efficiently
- As the contact person, you answer telephone inquiries about invoices, expenses and processes
- Has a commercial education (profile E or equivalent) Has good knowledge in the field of VAT
- Ideally has experience in workflow-based credit processing and keeps an overview even in a dynamic working environment
Main responsibilities
- You check and process electronic supplier invoices and clarify discrepancies efficiently
- As the contact person, you answer telephone inquiries about invoices, expenses and processes
- You independently carry out payment runs in SAP and support a smooth accounts payable process
- Controlling, posting expense reports and maintaining master data round off your area of responsibility Requirements:
- You have completed basic commercial training (E-Profile or equivalent) You have good knowledge of VAT
- Ideally, you have experience in workflow-based accounts payable processing and can maintain an overview even in a dynamic working environment
- SAP knowledge is an advantage and you work reliably, structured and service-oriented We offer:
