Tasks

• Completed commercial training, training as FaGe, MPA or a comparable qualification with further training in the healthcare sector
• Several years of professional experience in patient administration or in the healthcare sector as well as experience in complex administrative processes
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
• High communication and team skills in an interdisciplinary environment
• Very good knowledge of German and ideally knowledge of medical terminology and another foreign language Requirements:
• Coordination and control of administrative processes along the operational Patient path
• Technical support with complex issues relating to patient admission, surgery planning, service recording and cost assurance
• Ensuring high quality, efficiency and uniformity of administrative processes
• Active participation and further development of processes, standards and work tools
