Main responsibilities
- Durchführung Monatsabschluss in SAP
- Erstellung und Analyse der monatlichen Kostenstellenrechnung sowie des monatlichen Reportings an die Geschäftsleitung
- Mitarbeit beim Jahresabschluss (Erstellung der Krankenhausstatistik, ITAR-K, Spiges)
- Mitwirkung bei der Budgetierung und der Erstellung des Businessplanes
- Weiterentwicklung der Controllinginstrumente für die unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereiche (insbesondere von Dashboards auf Basis von HCe)
- Wirtschaftlichkeits-/Rentabilitätsberechnungen
- Vorbereitung und Mitarbeit bei Rekole®-Zertifizierungen bzw. internen Audits
- Ansprechpartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Belange in den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen
- Erstellung der Unterlagen zu Händen der Revisionsstelle Projektmitarbeit und/oder -leitung
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Betriebswirtschaftsstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling Versierter Umgang mit Excel zwingend
- SAP- (ERP) und HCe- (BI-Tool) Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamplayer, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Engagiert und motiviert neues Wissen aufzubauen
- Stellenantritt: Die Stelle ist per 1.
