Tasks

• Responsibility for financial management in real estate and large-scale construction projects – including cash outflow planning, price monitoring and reserve management
• Ensuring correct cost and performance control as well as execution of invoice processing in SAP and comparison with the project management system
• Coordination and preparation of annual, financial and investment planning for the real estate sector
• Preparation of forecasts, business cases and meaningful monthly, quarterly and annual reports for division management
• Participation in the optimisation of financial processes, ensuring compliance with invoicing requirements and promoting an efficient exchange of information with all project participants

Requirements

• Higher commercial education (HF/FH) or degree as a dipl. Construction technician with business education
• Several years of professional experience in the financial management of large construction projects, in area controlling or in a comparable function
• In-depth knowledge of SAP; Experience with Messerli Building Accounting is an advantage
• Good knowledge of construction management and, ideally, public procurement; further training in project management is a plus
• Team-oriented, structured and analytically thinking personality with an independent and solution-oriented working method
