- The Contract Specialist will work with other chapters in the organization to drive the ultimate customer experience at the operational phase of the journey. The Opportunity:
- Review and manage commercial service contract renewals proactively to ensure compliance with terms, billing standards, and company guidelines.
- Communicate directly with internal and external customers to validate contract information, resolve inquiries, and handle renewals.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, including purchase orders and renewal letters, ensuring everything is audit-ready and meets high business standards.
- Generate and analyze regular service reports to notify field personnel of upcoming contract expirations 90 days in advance.
- Investigate and resolve credit note requests related to service billings, finding root causes within established timeframes.
- Ensure database integrity in SAP and other contract management systems, keeping customer master data and account details fully up-to-date. Who You Are:
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- You have a strong analytical mind, great attention to detail, and a natural ability for collaborative problem-solving and relationship building.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and prior experience with SAP, SAP-BW, or Tableau is considered a valuable asset.
