- Examination, processing and approval of credit applications in retail banking
- Carrying out credit checks and assessing creditworthiness in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements
- Telephone and written contact with new and existing customers during the entire credit process
- Processing of contract mutations and administrative concerns around existing credit agreements
- Ensuring structured and efficient case handling in day-to-day business
- Participation in the optimization and further development of our processes Prerequisites that you bring with you
- Commercial education or equivalent qualification completed
- Professional experience in a structured and rule-based industry, ideally in finance, consumer credit or credit checking
