For our Kids, Papeterie & Design Shop we are looking for you: a dedicated sales person with expertise, an overview and an eye for something special. You know the range, bring brand and trend feeling – and advise customers so that they like to come back. If you like to take responsibility and make the difference in everyday life, read on. Here you make the difference

• You advise our customers in the Kids, Papeterie & Design Shop – personally, reliably and with an eye for detail.
• You are familiar with the range, recommend suitable products and actively participate in the sale.
• You get involved in visual merchandising, help with actions and pay attention to a high-quality presentation.
• You support the customer card program and actively maintain relationships with our regular customers.
• You work independently, service-oriented and get involved in the team.

That draws you out

• You have completed training in the retail trade and/or several years of professional experience in consulting sales – ideally with a focus on papetry or kids products.
• You know brands, trends and materials – and use your knowledge in consulting.
• You work solution-oriented, think along and bring your own initiative.
• You perform professionally, are communicative and keep track of several customers.
• You bring very good German – other languages are a plus.
• Assignments from Monday to Saturday are a matter of course for you.
