- Development, standardisation and enforcement of construction, HSE and quality standards
- Complete technical studies in civil engineering, architecture, process engineering or similar
- Multiannual experience in the construction management of large industrial or infrastructure projects
- Experience in controlling external CM mandates or general contractors as well as excellent knowledge of German and English Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- Development, standardisation and enforcement of construction, HSE and quality standards
Key requirements
- Complete technical studies in civil engineering, architecture, process engineering or similar
- Multiannual experience in the construction management of large industrial or infrastructure projects
- Experience in the GMP environment from pharmaceutical, biotech or chemistry
- Knowledge of EPC/EPCM structures and complex stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of Swiss construction and safety regulations
- Outstanding leadership and governance expertise and diplomatic enforcement
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mode of operation with the ability to control several projects

- Consultation of project teams on technical, organizational and regulatory topics including feasibility studies
- Monitoring the entire project landscape, identification of risks and escalation to management
- Control of construction workflows, structures, specialist building managers and external partners in the GMP environment
- Examination of plans, construction time planning, progress reports and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implementation of safety vulnerabilities, risk analysis and enforcement of safety rules in accordance with SIA 118
- Ensuring GMP-compliant documentation including building diary, acceptances, test reports and Mechanical Completion
- Main interface to builders, planners, GU and suppliers as well as moderation of coordination sessions and conflict resolution
