What you achieve

• You provide private customers with comprehensive and independent advice on real estate financing for single-family homes, condominiums and apartment buildings – online, by telephone and in person on site.
• You actively approach customers, guide them through the entire financing process and are their central point of contact from the initial consultation through to the payout.
• You prepare property appraisals and capitalization valuations using WUP and IAZI.
• You develop sustainable and individual financing solutions and take into account tax aspects, amortization strategies and pension planning topics of the 2. and 3. Pillar Central Office.
• You find suitable financing solutions and negotiate terms with financing partners in the interests of your customers.
• You identify potential for insurance solutions and specifically refer customer needs to our insurance advisers.
• You ensure an efficient and smooth financing process – from the initial contact to the successful completion.

Your qualifications

• You have several years of experience in mortgage advice with a bank, insurance company or financial intermediary.
• You are confident in complex financing solutions and enjoy the combination of consulting and sales.
• You convince with pronounced negotiation skills and stylish German skills
• English, French or Italian are an additional plus.
• You are characterized by a high customer and service orientation as well as a winning and communicative personality.
• You have a strong digital affinity and move safely in modern consulting and work environments.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and have high standards of quality and professionalism.
