Full description

As a full-time housekeeper or full-time housekeeper at the Migros pension fund, you have a responsible task in which you can prove your strengths such as self-employment, organizational talent and flexibility on a daily basis. You are responsible for the house maintenance of our properties in the canton of Bern (Steffisburg, Heimberg and Hinterkappelen).

Mansioni

• First contact person for our tenants
• Assistance in the re-letting of rental properties (show apartments, etc.) as well as apartment acceptances and transfers (electronic with iPad)
• Performing minor repairs and placing, coordinating and monitoring orders to craftsmen
• Support of technical installations (heating/ventilation, etc.)
• Care for the environment (discount care, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, etc.)
• Check and target invoices for correctness and completeness (electronic)

Requirements

• At least 5 years: in house maintenance
• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): maintenance or technical/craft profession
• Driving licence Cat. B
• Experience as a housekeeper* in residential properties
• Good manners, service-oriented and communicative personality with pleasure in contact with tenants and craftsmen
• Experience in dealing with iPad, computer science user knowledge
• Eidg. Professional ID as a housekeeper/in advantage
• German (mother tongue)
• English (advantageous)
