Company and context
- As a Team Leader (Compensation) , you lead a team of Reward Analysts covering the Compensation area in the PSS organization.
- Your team will be located in Budapest and San Jose and will support the DACH Countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as the AMERICAS.
- You are part of the PR&R chapter and together with your team you provide services and support in the respective area of responsibility (Reward, Compensation & Benefits).
