- In this versatile role as Communications Lead, you report directly to the General Manager (GM) Switzerland.
- You are responsible for strategic planning, implementation and continuous optimization of internal and external communication.
- You will act as a strategic coach and consultant for the RDCH Leadership Team and the entire leadership community to ensure a consistent line of communication across all relevant channels. The possibility
- Strategic Consulting & Sparring: Central strategic sparring partner for GM Switzerland as well as proactive advice to the leadership team on the strategic orientation and implementation of best practice communication at the highest level.
- Cross-cutting communication strategy & initiatives: Development and management of the holistic communication strategy as well as leadership in central communication projects and representation in committees such as the CH Reputation Alliance for coherent location communication.
- Regional networking & coordination: Close strategic collaboration with regional/global communications business partners, exchange of best practices, synchronization of activities and effective adaptation of global campaigns for the Swiss market.
- Executive Communications & Media Relations: Targeted empowerment of executives for authentic communication as well as responsibility for strategic media work (in coordination with Group Media Relations) and implementation of reputation-enhancing campaigns with the Health Policy Team.
- Change, Crisis Management & Culture: Communicative support for complex transformations, sovereign management of crisis communication (including BCM interfaces) as well as mediation of our operating model and cultural foundation to promote value-oriented cooperation.
