Company and context
- You are responsible for communication with the owners, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders as well as the organization of meetings and tenant orientations
- You create the annual budget including quarterly plausibility checks as well as the annual incidental cost statements
- You work on quarterly and annual accounts and help ensure the quality of financial data
- You support with liquidity and cash flow planning as well as forecasts.
- You monitor the debtor and creditor management
- You create ad hoc evaluations, calculations and cost analyses to optimize processes and results
- You support the Real Estate Site Manager in negotiations with tenants and contractual partners and partly negotiate independently.
- You have a business education (FH, Uni or HF) ideally with a further education in the real estate sector
- You have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
- You have strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independent working method
