- You have rain telephone contact with tenants, housekeepers, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
- You support your caregiver in the preparation and implementation of apartment acceptances / transfers You are handling various customer concerns
Main responsibilities
- You have rain telephone contact with tenants, housekeepers, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
- You support your caregiver in the preparation and implementation of apartment acceptances / transfers You are handling various customer concerns
- You help with the rental of apartments as well as additional objects, such as garages and parking spaces, including contract creation
- You create accounts receivable and final accounts
- You help with the issue of repair/renovation orders and their monitoring
- You create various correspondence and complete general administrative tasks Requirements
- You have completed the school part of the commercial / economic middle school with good to very good performances
- You have good manners and express yourself verbally as written in the German language
- You are interested in business processes and relationships in the real estate industry
- You enjoy dealing with people, are communicative and enjoy working in a team
