• Creating offers in all industries
• Opening of benefit cases and handling of small claims
• Active cooperation with our field staff
• Close cooperation with our brokers
• Customer support on the phone and counter This sets you apart:
• Multi-year insurance experience, preferably with VBV certification
• In-depth insurance knowledge in private and occupational pensions and personal insurance non-life (UVG/UVG-Z/KTG) High customer orientation with a structured and efficient working method
• Independent, reliable and balanced personality
• Stylistic German in Word and Writing
