• Holistic recording of residents and support in coping with their current living situation
• Promoting dialogue with relatives and close cooperation with other professionals, as well as guaranteeing the flow of information between participating professionals
• Planning and coordinating activation and everyday life in cooperation with the other areas
• Reflection of own activities and cooperation with other areas of the company
• Organisation of events in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Responsibility for one’s own professional development and the updating of knowledge in relevant areas of expertise

You bring that with you

• Further education as a specialist Activation and everyday design
• Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment of working with older people
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German, MS Office knowledge is advantageous
• A positive human image, orientation towards the other person and a solid personality
