For our *delicatessa in the area of staple food in the Globus Basel, we are looking for a committed personality as an employee until 31.12.2026: in Warenservice in the amount of 40%. Here you make the difference

• As a host, you make sure that our customers feel welcome and well looked after as guests.
• You are responsible for the storage regulations, rayon care and their stocks.
• You process customer orders and supplier returns and are responsible for controlling customer reservations, orders and branch transfer.
• You have close contact with the suppliers.
• You support visual merchandising, which inspires our guests to buy our exclusive brands.
• With your positive charisma and your passion for basic food products, you make a decisive contribution to the company’s success.
• You support in sales (release and marginal times). Thanks to your excellent service, your fascination with our brands and your individual advice, you can ensure unique shopping experiences.

That draws you out

• You have successfully completed a vocational training, which is advantageous in the retail trade, and/or bring several years of experience in goods service / goods management.
• You are a service-oriented, self-employed person with a high passion for basic food products.
• You love and live the role as a host: in, are flexible and have a pronounced customer orientation.
• You are physically resilient, reliable, act on your own initiative and have a fast and accurate way of working.
• You have excellent knowledge of German
• Other languages are not a must, but of great advantage for our international guests.
