Tasks

• Reception and processing of incoming and outgoing consignments, goods and letters
• Distribution and collection of internal mail
• Advising and supporting internal and external customers
• Carrying out courier trips in Basel and the region
• Self-employment of various administrative activities in the intended systems

Requirements

• Experience in postal, logistics, goods management or in a comparable function is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills as well as a customer-oriented appearance
• Reliable, independent and careful work as well as a team-capable, flexible and resilient personality
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
