Tasks

• Support of reception and professional coordination of the telephone control centre
• Self-employed processing and coordination of administrative back office tasks and organizational processes
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of data in relevant systems
• Management of access control system and coordination of emergency alarms
• Take over of the management's representation Services in absentia

Requirements

• Completed basic commercial training with professional experience in the reception and administration area
• Experience in representation functions of advantage
• Friendly and well-kept appearance as well as a customer-oriented, independent and able to work personality
• Very good German knowledge, French and Italian knowledge of advantage
• High IT-A quality and good user knowledge in MS Office
