Tasks

• Leadership and direction of the Chief Medical Secretariat Gynecology
• Personnel management and responsibility for various planning (staff planning, holiday planning)
• Co-responsibility for surgical planning
• Shared responsibility for process optimization
• Planning and organisation of various events and training courses

Requirements

• Completed training in the medical field (e.g. chief physician secretary or MPA / doctor secretary with several years of professional experience)
• Leadership experience
• Very good German skills in word and writing as well as good English skills necessary, French is advantageous
• Flexibility – Tolerance – Empathy
