Role overview
ParaWork also accompanies people with paraplegia or a mobility restriction after inpatient rehabilitation when they re-enter school, vocational training or work and the world of work.
The implementation of the work is closely aligned with the principles of Supported Employment (SE) and Supported Education (SEd) Switzerland.
The job coaching team works in the office in Nottwil and in the home office, enabling flexible, location-independent and efficient support processes.

- Coordination of the concerns of clients and system partners (employer, school, guarantor, insurance company, ambulatorium SPZ) Acquisition of jobs for and with clients
- Responsible for the comprehensive documentation and administration of protocols and reports Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in professional integration
Main responsibilities
- Need-based advice and support of clients in professional integration after their rehabilitation
- Coordination of the concerns of clients and system partners (employer, school, guarantor, insurance company, ambulatorium SPZ) Acquisition of jobs for and with clients
- Coaching of employers and moderation of round table discussions on site
- Responsible for the comprehensive documentation and administration of protocols and reports Requirements:
- Basic education or social training and ideally further training in the field of job coaching or work integration
- Several years of professional experience in professional integration In-depth knowledge of social security Knowledge of French in word of advantage
- Pronounced empathy and communication skills
- Delight in independent case management and self-organized work
