100,000 CHF 01 Future employer In this position, you are not only responsible for programming, but also accompany demanding production orders from technical implementation to the finished component.
You develop suitable machining strategies, optimize processes and ensure that even complex geometries can be produced efficiently and precisely. 02 Your task Development and adaptation of CNC machining strategies for complex workpieces Creation, simulation and optimization of CAM programs for 5 axes machining Transfer of design data into efficient and production-oriented machining solutions Technical preparation of new orders and definition of the necessary manufacturing steps Selection of suitable tools, cutting parameters and machining methods Optimization of existing programs with the aim of reducing machining times and continuous adjustment of the processes in demanding components Testing of the manufactured components and ensuring the required accuracy and quality Cooperation in the introduction of new manufacturing methods, machines and automation solutions Technical support in the implementation of customer projects and in the solution of demanding manufacturing tasks Continuous further development of programs, processes and standards in CNC Manufacturing 03 Benefits Participation in external further training Flat hierarchies Free employment conditions At least 5 weeks Holidays Modern workplace Regular team-promoting measures and company events 04
