- Your responsibilities: Strategic Product Development
- Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and evolving customer needs.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably within dental, medical device, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional and international environments.
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities: Strategic Product Development
- Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and evolving customer needs.
- Architect complete dental treatment workflows spanning across the treatment pathway.
- Collaborate on workflow innovation initiatives that integrate digital technologies such as CAD/CAM, 3D printing, imaging, and treatment planning.
- Translate market trends and customer insights into compelling product requirements and clear value propositions. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Digital Transformation, and Sales.
- Contribute to project planning and execution across complex product initiatives, ensuring alignment between clinical, technical, and commercial perspectives.
- Drive engagement with clinicians, labs, and internal stakeholders to validate product concepts and ensure usability and clinical relevance. Product Lifecycle Ownership
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned workflow solutions from early-stage ideation to post-market optimization.
- Collaborate on the creation of go-to-market strategies and support product marketing with impactful messaging, training content, and launch assets.
Key requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably within dental, medical device, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong understanding of dental workflows and clinical practices, experience in implantology or restorative dentistry is a strong plus.
- Passion for innovation and digital transformation in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic, analytical mindset with a customer-first orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
