Role overview
We are looking for a dedicatedn and experienced clinic managerin, who supports the doctorate with an overview and organizational talent and ensures a smooth process. The main objective is to reduce the organisational burden on doctors so that they can concentrate on their core activities. In this function you take responsibility in the areas of planning the surgical clinic, administration, strategic support and performance controlling.
Date of entry: 1 July or by agreement
- Tasks
Organisation and coordination of the IntestTeam and support in building the IDAS network Switzerland
Planning, implementation and logging of clinic conferences and management bodies
Overall responsibility for the UKBB Mini-Symposium Surgery (on site and virtual)
Coordination of events, training and regular formats (Journal Club, Traumarapport, weekly planning)
Organization of meetings incl. Room planning and virtual meetings
Responsibility for eDOC documents as well as maintenance of registration templates in KISIM
Support and continuous updating of the homepage and organigrams
Preparation and coordination of MAG incl. Feedback recovery
Organization and implementation of plaster courses via Easylearn and support in surveys

- They have a commercial training or a university degree and bring several years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in health care.
- Knowledge gained in spital systems and processes, as well as experience and/or knowledge
