Main responsibilities
- Independent processing and handling of claims in the areas of cyber and technical insurance.
- Oral and written contact with policyholders, injured parties, brokers, loss adjusters, experts, lawyers and insurers
- Identification of suspected cases to combat insurance fraud
- Ensuring information flow and collaboration between Specialty Lines claims teams, insurance engineering and underwriting Requirements
- Insurance training with technical flair, industry know-how advantageous
- Affinity to "computer topics", in particular security on the Internet and cyber risks
- Experienced in dealing with MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- You understand how to organize yourself well, act reliably and proactively and set the right priorities
- Stylistic German, good French, Italian and / or English skills are important for the successful pursuit of this activity
