In this position, you are responsible for the construction and technical development of our production buildings at the site.

- Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable

Key requirements
- Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable
- (alternative technician:in / master:in with profound experience)
- Multiannual professional experience in industrial, production or plant environment
- Good knowledge of building law, ideally in dealing with: fire protection concepts, noise protection requirements, ex-protection in the construction environment
- Experience in controlling external planners and construction companies Basic understanding of HSE Requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Structured, independent working and high responsibility
- Communication strength and enforcement capability at the interface Technology / HSE Our offer:

Application process
- Technical assistance of construction applications, approval procedures and acceptances
- Ensuring compliance with relevant building and technical regulations
- Processing and coordination of overarching topics such as: fire protection, noise protection, explosion protection (ex protection) in a structural context
- Close interface function to HSE, production, maintenance and external authorities
- Support for risk assessments, standardizations and audits with structural focus
- documentation and maintenance of inventory documents, reports and test reports
