Role overview
Tasks: • Head of the General Secretariat with all administrative and organizational tasks • appointment and day planning of the chief physician as well as appointment coordination of the medical management • Write different, demanding documents by keywords or independently with specialist terminology (possible in several foreign languages) • Service-oriented telephone and switch service • Organisation of participation in congresses and events • reception and care of patients, visitors, applicants and students • Monitoring and management of statistics, databases and other systems Requirements: • Completed commercial training with corresponding training (e.g.
director, legal assistant) or completion of a hotel specialist school • Embossed service orientation, precise and structured working and very good organisational ability • Clinical experience with good knowledge of medical terminology desired • Writing dictates as well as excellent knowledge of German in word and writing, English language skills of advantage • High level of responsibility, reliability, team capacity and flexibility • Positive basic attitude, friendly and sovereign appearance as well as secrecy and loyalty • Very good IT user knowledge (e.g.
