- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen mit ausgewiesenem Leistungsausweis in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion, idealerweise auf Ebene Pflegedirektion oder CNO.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen sowie Freude daran, Organisationen und Menschen erfolgreich durch Transformationen zu begleiten.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Umsetzungskompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und den effizienten Einsatz von Ressourcen.
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen konstruktiv zusammenzuführen.
- Die Klinik Lengg AG in Zürich ist das Kompetenzzentrum für Epileptologie und neurologische Rehabilitation.
