In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Technical Operations, we are looking for a dedicated Process Scientist (Chemist) (a), (100%)

Their tasks

• Support of the department in day-to-day operations at the interface between innovative chemical development and production of new drug candidates (cGMP and non-GMP)
• Responsibility for the transfer of manufacturing processes from development to production
• Ensuring successful production of kilogram quantities of intermediates and active substances
• Close cooperation with development to ensure efficient knowledge transfer and robust and sustainable production processes
• Support of production campaigns from initial technology transfer to process optimization and process validation
• Contribution to regulatory submissions of new drug candidates
• Ensuring compliance with all cGMP standards and safety requirements
• Cooperation in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents and the implementation of process risk assessments
• Identification of optimization potential and advancement of technical innovations to increase efficiency and further develop plant infrastructure

Your profile

• Completed degree with doctorate (PhD) in chemistry, ideally with a focus on organic chemistry
• Sound expertise in peptide production
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as structured, solution-oriented working methods
• Experience in technology transfer and ideally in the production environment
• Very good understanding of GMP requirements and their practical implementation
• Team-oriented, assertive and responsible personality
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
